Snatch, 2" axle deadlift, 2" axles deadlift (racks + straps) shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold, tyre flip (gone upmarket 320kg tyre) stones.
Good session though my biceps are fired today!

Had a training partner for some of the day which is rare, where I live (near lands end) there are few who do the heavy (well ish)nPL strongman stuff.
Snatch, axle deadlift, axle deadlift racks, straps, axle shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold (grip was shot from axle work) tyre flips various, stones no tacky.
Good session, a bit bruised today but it was fun!

Axle clean, squat, hacklift, stiff legged deadlift, superyoke. Getting slowly better at the superyoke, 240kg for 12m which for me is good.

Squats, axle cont clean, hacklift, deadlift with me stood on blocks (it was a long way down!!!) superyoke, 75kg barrel carry - going to make the barrel heavier next week.

felt really good today, 4 x 100kg in the axle push press is a pb, mind you I'll feel it in the morning!
