Snatch, deadlift, deadlift racks (310kg lifetime pb) shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold, atlas stones, cycle.
Great session , tired now though!

Tuesday 5th February 2008
Power clean, high pull, squat, stiff legged deadlift, hacklft, superyoke. Up to 225kg on the superyoke which is really the demon that I have to slay. I've got no illusions about ever winning this event but finishing the 25m course is my aim.

2" push press (found my limit on the power clean with this!) dumbell press, front squat, karlson flys (will probably drop these as it doesn't look as if the crucifix hold will be included in any contests I'm doing this year, sit ups, log press, atlas stone press.

saturday 16th February 2008
Snatch, deadlift, deadlift racks (dropped a pin in the racks, now well below the knee to work the mid range of the pull) shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold (130kg each hand 21 seconds, mind you walking with it is a different matter!) split my palm on the last so did the stones up to 117, raised my platform to 1.55, with the heavier stone have to turn and push it on now....

I OL from time to time so like to keep my hand in but its mainly speed and skill rather than strength, only go up to 80 or 90kg so not very heavy.

Power snatch, deadlift, deadlift racks, shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold (only 100kg this week!) stones, laped the 145 twice, partly turned then lost it the 2nd time, getting really frustrated with it but I WILL nail it.

2" push press, 2" press from racks (105kg please but could do better!) front squat, dumbell press, sit ups, log press. Felt strong today except for the dumbell press which is still causing me problems.

Snatch, deadlift (250kg, heaviest out of competition ever) deadlift racks, shrugs, calf rasies, medley - Farmers walk 100kg 18m, 230kg tyre 3 fips, 80kg atlas stone load - second time through did 90kg stone load. good fun but well knackered.
