Front press, jerk from rack, front squat (135kg, pleased with that) sit up, side bends, axle (2") bar press.
A good session however after my divisional championships on 2nd Dec I might do the pressing first, my shoulders are fried when I get to the strongman stuff at the moment.

Deadlift, 240kg max, (opener)
Deadlift racks, calf raise, farmers hold, stones to shoulder, tyre flip, cycle.
2 weeks to the divisionals.

I try to do a bit a variety! Couldn't do it every session but once a week is OK.

2" bar power clean and high pull, squats, superyoke. I hate th latter but I really want to do the 25m with 270kg next year, before I get too old!

Front press, jerk from rack, front squat sit ups, stone pressing overhead, 70kg stone, took me 4 goes but I got it! One of the guys has suggested that next year we have a pressing medley with one of the objects to be pressed overhead and atlas stone, so I thought I would have a go!
