2" bar push press, jerk from rack, front squat, karlson flys, sit ups, ifsa log, stone press, couldn't press the 80kg stone, managed the 70 though.

Split snatch, 2" bar deadlift, hacklift, deadlift racks, shrugs, calf raises, farmers hold, stones, lapped the 145kg stone (320lbs) for the first time but couldn't get it on the platform.

I've not done dumbells for years but i know its going to be an event at a strongman competition i'm doing in the summer, they were really hard, some work to do yet!

Next one will be the IAWA(UK) Grip Championships on 12th April. The three lifts are 2" bar clean and press, 2" bar vertical lift and 2" fulton dumbell deadlift......
Should be fun...

good ish session, still couldn't get the 145kg onto the platform but lapped it 3 times.

Tuesday 29th January 2008 Power clean, high pull, squat, stiff legged deadift, hacklift, superyoke, tyre flip. Going to see if this combination of exercises works, I like hacklifts but they didn't fit into my Saturday schedule
