Tuesday 11th March 2008
2" power clean, 2" high pull, squat, vertical bar, stiff legged deadlifts. No superyoke, didn't train at the weekend my two eldest lifted at the British schools (both won their years and weight class) which was a good but long weekend.

2"clean & push press, 2" push press from racks, front squat, dumbell press, sit ups, log press. was hoping to go heavier in the 2" push press but in the end only managed 112.5kg.

Snatch, deadlift, fulton dumbell deadlift, deadlift racks, shrugs, calf raise, farmers hold, medley, tyre flips and stone loading. good session working on my fitness it seems to be paying off.

2" push press, 2" push press from racks (tweaked my knee doing these reps) Front squats, dumbell press, sit ups, log.
Apart from the knee good session.

Knee still sore from Thursday so abridged session.
Snatch, deadlift, fulton dumbell, shrugs, farmers hold. Very pleased with the hold.

2" power clean, 2" cont to belt, 2" high pull, squat, stiff legged deadlift, vertical bar, superyoke, superyoke hold.
Knee stil sore but only in the bottom range when squatting otherwise not a bad session.

Knee held out - just, didn't want to push it too much but with only 2 and a half weeks to the British Grip Champs wanted to try to get some weight overhead!

did 10 flips with my 230kg tyre which was ok but left me panting somewhat!

I've been reading a lot about box squats recently and thought I would try them, 170kg first go so fairly please, will see how i get on after the British Grip Champs at the weekend.

Vertical bar 72.5kg
Fulton Dumbell 55kg
Clean and push press 90kg
1st place Masters (45 - 49) 105kg class
All 3 world records the clean and push press broke the existing record by 17.5kg
