nov 5 2007 meet lifts sqauts 192.5 kg bench 105 kg deadlift 205 kg bodyweight 93 kg i am pretty happy with this considering i had a touch of flu and cold.loaded up on advil and a rock star and got me through day. i got to do alot of work on my bench.all lifts done with just a belt.
