feb5,2007 deadlift with hook grip: 135x10 205x6 260x2 285x6 seated behind neck press: 45x8 95x5 125x10 barbell row: 115x7 125x20
feb9,2007 sqaut: 45x10 135x6 205x3 225x3 250x3 275x3 295x3 bench press: 45x8 95x3 115x3 135x3 185x1 210x3 210x3 210x3 chinups: bwtx3 bwt+1olbsx3 bwt+20x3 situps bwtx20

That is some mighty fine looking workouts Jay! I have no criticism, only encouragement for that kind of set/rep scheme. Do you have your goals written down, or a long-term plan or anything?

i would like to be able to do a 405lbs no no no sqaut for 3 reps i would be pretty happy with that.i have competed once before but i dont think i will again unless it is raw competition.

Jay, I don't think ANYONE can rag you abot not squatting! NICE working sets, strong singles!
