Adding pounds AND reps.......nice lifting Jay!
Bryan, I've read several threads on different boards about guys that work back on the same day as deadlift. I don't. Too much like work. Honestly, most of the other guys use pulls of some sort, not military presses of any type, but there is some sort of a precedence for that idea.
God Bless.

april 10,2007 bench press 45x8 95x5 135x3 160x1 190x5. one of the most impressive things i have seen in person was when i was at the 2003 world weightlifting championships.i had a media pass that i got through a friend and was able to hang out in the training hall.one evening hossien rezzazedah came walking in with his enterouge.he did some light stretching and loosining up for about 10 minutes.he then went into his sqauts.his sets looked like this.70x5 120x3 170x2 220x1 270x1 290x1.this being in kilos of course.such a simple workout buy one of the best weightlifters of all time.nothing fancy hear.also on that final set he sat in the bottom position and stopped and then stood up.dumped the bar grabbed his bag and left with all his buddies.didnt even break a sweat.so much for volume.just 1 rep with 640lbs.no belt no knee wraps.truly amazing.
