I had been sick for 3 months until recently. I have been taking nasocort nasal spray (by prescription). It is the only thing that cleared me up. I thought I just had a cold but now I think it was a post nasal drip type thing. It was miserable being sick. My bench dropped 30 lbs and I was still working out.

its real bad for flues and colds going around these days.a guy has to be real careful to gaurd his health.one thing that i found that helps is garlic.ya i know it stinks but its good for your insides.i take a tomato slice it up take one clove of garlic slice that up and add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.combine all this in a bowl and eat.you will feel the garlic burn your throat.

Why do you do Behind the Neck Press with deadlifts? Most guys I know who do this exercise tie it in with BP, since it stresses the triceps and deltoids. I was wondering if you have found out a secret by separating these exercises.
