Havent posted much lately .Im holding a meet tomorrow and its taking up alot of time away from training so hopefully I can start lifting again after this weekend . Talk with ya guys soon ,Jason

Wow your prayers worked !!!! This was my first meet that I have ever done and it went awsome . I had a live DJ for music food tropies ect .The lifters were awsome too .One guy that came weighed 200 Ibs and hit an easy 565 bench and a 565 dead .It went easy to .This guys was nursing an enjury and said he took it easy lol.. All in single ply gear .What a great time .

5-28-7 Squat work
The nice thing about never doing squats is that each week you do them they go up lol.At least for awhile anyway .
135x10 225x8 315x5 ADDED BELT AND WRAPS HERE 405x3 475x1 500x1 nice and deep (PR) My partner told me the depth was below parallel (spelling PRAISE JESUS !!!!!!1 315x15 225x20 and banged these out as fast as possable .
Calf raises 3 sets hammer curls 2 sets

Bench felt great today .My form is finaly where im happy with it after redoing and redoing .
Raw warm ups 135x5 185x5 225x5 275x3 315x2 (PR) Raw
Shirt on 2 brds 365x3 405x3 425x1 475x1 500x1 Keept my elbows wide and just worked the chest plate .This was veray easy .I was good for 3 but I got a little worried about my bicept pain .
Raw 3brds 315x6 345x4
4brds 365x3 405xmiss 315x8 or something
The raw work has been just what I needed. I have been going heavier on my shirt days plus I have been doing a DE day and its working well . The only thing on DE Day is I cant do any speed work unless its unreal light as it just kills my bis . I also think that because I have started squating overall things are coming together like they should be with bench and just overall strength . I feel Im on the right track with training .Next meet is in 4 weeks .THANKS BE TO THE KING FOR A GREAT WORKOUT !!Jason

You are kicking it up a notch jason. That is going to make you a good bencher. I think lifting raw is the only way to actually get stronger. I have been doing that and need more lockout power when I put a shirt on at meets.
I have found that I am a much better bencher when I am squatting heavy. I dont know if your body releases more HGH or if it makes your butt larger and legs stronger.
Stick with it bro.

4brd 365x3x1
Mc Caslin brds first time doing these and I was already tiered from the other stuff so I thought Ill just start with an easy 225 Ibs and I should be able to get throught all the brds doing 5 reps each ....Wrong
4brd 225x5 3brd 225x5 2brd 225x5 1brd 225x1 missed the others .Man those are hard to do at the end of a workout but they were alot of fun . Basicly what you do on these is you start and end with the same weight .Superseting each brd and you dont rack the weight until your done with all the brds trying to hit 5 reps each brd . Jason

Its going pretty good right now . My arms are feeling good again so that only means good things for my bench .Ill see how 500 feels this weekend and adjust my opener to how that goes .GOD BLESS .Jason
