Hi Jeff. I'm not even going to presume to give you advice on your muscle. There are several diffirent muscles in the quad area that could be causing the problem. I pray it's not a pull and you quickly return to 100%. Ted

I had a good workout Friday. I did closegrip BP's, Overhead presses, decline tri-extensions, Dumbbell Pushups 3 x max, and I did crunches 3 x Max. The left leg has improved but still giving me trouble. One other note, I had started using the conventional stance in the DL. I am not sure I like it, but its hard to tell since I have injured my leg. God Bless Jeff You may want to give yourself a week or two off from any exercises for the legs. Also, when you come back heat that muscle before the workout and then ice it afterwards. Taking an ibuprofen prior to the workout also may help.
