So yesterday I had a decent workout...
I started out with flat bench using Olympic bar. Got a good warmup with a couple sets of 135. Then added quarters for 185 - 2 sets. Then 225 - sets of 10, 8, 7, 6.
Then upstairs for some Stairmaster - just 10 min as I haven't been on it in awhile.
Then back downstairs for some dumbbell presses. Start light - 60lbs...work way up by 5 lb increments to a final set at 85 lbs.
Then some core work - rock and rolls - stretch that back out. Then planks.
Nice little workout and no injuries. Today feel nice - a bit sore.

Hi all Posters and readers of this forum. This is my good friend Tim. Actually I call him Mit and also Timmit the Limmit. Or also T3. He has been most commonly known as the Timminator T3 after Arnold top selling movie. When you look at Mit he stands close to the same height as Arnold himself. With no exaggeration Mit has a naturally strong build and wide bone construction. Mit is naturally strong. For this is the same issue with Arnold and Lou 'The Hulk' Ferrigno born as naturally strong men. What these lifters have done is added more strength to their already strong structure. With Mit it is very similar. He adds strength to the big construction skeleton he already has.. Another words honestly he is not the kind any stranger would want to give a bad time. I surely would not.. Because while Mit is not known to hurt anyone he is able to hold his own ground. Now that he has lost a lot of weight he now can move a lot faster. I actually could imagine he could have qualified for the WWE wrestling contender. No he is not as big as the Undertaker or the Big Show. But I think he could have worked with those around his height or approximate. Even if not real wrestling he could have been used for practice opponent.. Mit has strong shoulders for sure. I have seen him do almost 3 plates on the”Decline bench. You have to have strong shoulders to do that exercise. Since I am not nearly as tall my decline has been perhaps fifty pounds less in average that what Mit can do on the decline standard. Me and Mit on most exercises have been pretty even in strength for incline bench to flat gold standard curls. We only mismatch strength on a few rare exercise.
Mit is also strong at the Squat. I think his big structure helps to support the weight on his shoulders. Supporting Heavyweight on my shoulder has been somewhat of an obstacle for me. I am built with an average structure. So I began to struggle beyond 275 squat lifts. My balance sometimes into question. Mit has more possibility in Leg exercises and over all strength. Never the less I do pretty well for my size and strength. I have done best in bench incline, Pull downs, incline machine. The lateral pectoral outward swing machine, alternate row machines for back muscles. Basically my chest has been my best over all area of lifting except decline that relies a lot of shoulder. Curls or triceps is at number 2 best of my abilities of lifting.. Mit and I would often meet Sunday after Church. He went to Calvary in Los Angeles area. I went to Cavalry in Anaheim. Tim a regular Church attender. Me just a goer sometimes. . but I was very active home Bible study as I am also now. At Bally's we would often talk about the Bible and God’s Word during our routines. But not only that just everyday topics and a mix of funny jokes in the mix of things. . sometimes though his wife Lurae was waiting for him to have diner. So sometimes Mit had to cut workouts a little short. So often I stayed behind to finish my routines and walk home from there. Unless I was finished the same time he would bring me back to my apartment.. The deal is partnership and fellowship that was the best part of lifting. I think this is much why we were driven to work for higher numbers and or higher reps. Mit is never a quitter unless he is just not feeling well that day. But usually if he is not ok well he won't show up at all. Which means he must be really sick. Mit is known to advance quickly. I seen him on the bench hammer from 2 plates and weeks later already pushing a max of 4 plates on each side. And I am not even sure if I had made it to 4 plates. I know I made 3 plates on that machine. Again this one requires a lot of front shoulder strength. Whenever it depends on shoulders Mit can seem to lift very similar to a Power Lifter. I would consider us however in the more Semi Power Lifting Level. We have not reached five hundred plus exercises in any thing we have done. We have been more 200 something to three hundred something range max areas. At Bally there were a few stronger lifters here and there. But as a team Mit and I were one of the most competivive Tag team around the Bally arena. Yeah I always kind of think of Wrestling BoB, Body Building and Powerlifting, Karate as my inspirational let do our best routines. . Both Mit and I challenged one another to do Heavier or more repetitions. Both of us inserted ideas how to adjust our lifting routines. Yet we are flexible a show much we teach one want to push or pull. Mit said to me one of the most memorable days that I could almost shed a tear. He said to me LH which then I was known as Little Hulk. Today I am Little Heman but still LH initials. He said LH when your not around at ballys I have not been benching my max. He says you are one of the few lifters I would trust to be there to spot me. I said Timmit??? Even though I am not able to see well you still trust me? Yes says Mit cause I know you will not let that weight ever come down if I had any trouble for assisting. He is right in the fact that I would not let it go down. However if for some reason all his strength was out of his arms and I was not able myself to lift all that I would quickly tell another or grab a hold of the other end. Let's get this up. . The amazing lifter Mit. Because I have never seen him fail on his bench. He has gone up to the rack every time. . for me that is not the case. However I have been more risky to try numbers I have been unsure of. I have lifted more times without a spotter. Today I always used a spotter on the bench and other free weights to ensure safety. I advise if it is possible team up with one other person. . Today I live 2000 miles from Mit. I am solo today. Mit has a friend named Charlie. Would you like to share about the Yearly Competitions you have at your work? Share this and any more about us being Partners at ballys and anything about our routines. I am sorry friends here at CPOA? . but I have also lost vision. I don't remember the name of some of these exercises and name of certain machines . I will later try to figure out the name of some of these I don't know. Ok Timmit. Your up next. .
