Let's go over this one more time: Cutting and pasting a legalese-stuffed "Privacy Notice" onto your Facebook Wall DOES NOT protect you from Facebook's privacy guidelines or from having your personal details copied by the site. This notice has gone around twice — and has been debunked by Snopes at least that many times — and claims that Facebook will be forbidden to "disclose, copy, distribute, disseminate, or take any other action against me on the basis of this profile and/or its contents." The problem is that regardless of what you type on your own Wall, you still agreed to Facebook's terms and policies (including its privacy guidelines) when you joined the site. now.msn.com/facebook-privacy-notice-being-posted-by-users-is-not-true?ocid=ansnow11
