Thanks Tom for letting me know. Most of us have realized power lifting is not necessary. As we age we realize being fit counts more. What is it going to matter if I weigh a ton and can lift a ton? Exaggerating of course but using this as an example.
Well I am still into fitness. Why not transform this to a Fitness Christian forum?
If this forum could become fitness both men and women could be posting. Most women feel left out when it comes to power lifting. Fitness includes a much larger population of both men and women. What do you all think? This is just a suggestion.
But knowing how Ballys has swept the country and Gold’s Gyms closing one after another. I know fitness is the in thing these days. Even guys like us who lift weight and add fitness to it. What do you say gang?
I got nothing to post on power lifting. I’m focused on fitness and lifting safely. I’m like most people who go to the fitness clubs work smarter not harder. My over all health is better since I concentrate aiming realistic goals. Not being rough on myself. I have reduced injuries by quite a percentage.
After all God could care less if we lift 100 or 500 but if fitness is what we have in common that is great. What do you think Mike? Shane? Tom anyone? Your friend trebor
PS we emphasize on the Lord before anything else we have. The Lord common at most something is worth a try. Fit for Christ Forum it’s an idea please add your ideas or comments.
