Howdy!
Well, the surgery went fine. My right bicep tendon was 90% torn, but the doc was able to get it back together very nicely. I'll be in a sling for 5-6 months, then rehab. For now things like typing, tying shoes, buttons, are a little less efficient... but there has been NO pain. In fact, not even "Bayer aspirin" strength pain...
PRAISE the LORD!!!
God Bless!

Doug, whatever you do, DON'T PRAY FOR PATIENCE! If you DO, God will surely test you, LOL! Seriously, it's too late, as God will definitely teach you patience through this rehab.

I have seen 3 biceps tendons tear injuries in the last year. I hope you recover nicely.

Got the cast off yesterday, thank the LORD!!
Still can't "use" my left arm, but can do the therapy, so it's moving in the right direction.
God bless!
