Raw work sets: 405 x 3 paused 435 x 2 paused 455 x 1 paused ( I almost did it twice but decided to hold at one) 405 x 3 paused

BWT: 227 Raw bench (was in a hurry today and had limited time spotter had to train somebody) warmups: 135 x 15, 225 x 8, 315 x 2, 365 x 3 paused work sets: 405 x 3 paused 430 x 3 paused (shoulders hurt a little due to some fire training that made them sore so I stopped there)
