When I go to my next meet, I will definitely be in a new weight class. Currently, I am hovering between 185-195 lbs with a little under 10% bodyfat. How do I know how low? I can still see an outline of my "five-pack", which cannot be done at over 10% bodyfat. I remember that from my days in bodybuilding.
Keep in mind, my bodyweight used to fluxuate between 165-175. So, I have competed in the 165 or 181 weight classes, depending upon where God would have me. Now, with the increased "cardio" exercises and low calorie diets of CH-BOLC, my bodyweight is higher. Will have to see how this does with my overall strength at the next meet the Lord allows me to compete at.

Hey Brian, I am working on getting back to my old standard weight class of 198. I've been up around 212-215 for a long time until recently. Training for a meet while losing weight is not easy, I'm sore almost constantly, yet have been hitting some good lifts towards my meet goals. Just a couple more pounds to go by May 31. When are you thinking of competing next?

If you have time to lose the weight past where you want to be and then gain back to the top of your class you will be a monster.

Tom, You're right. I had that thought too. May try that for next go-around in the Fall some time.

Thanks, Tom. You right, if I can eat that much.
I was getting the weight off and then started running more seriously over the past two weeks. The doctor was surpised that I up to 192 by doing that.
I just don't eat enough to keep the weight off. That is hugely due to buget constraints. There is no way I can eat 6,000 + calories to really cause my body weight to seriously drop.
Now, I am getting ready for AT. That means reduced caloric intake and more "cardio". I may hit 200 again. It has been years, but it may happen.
