Vince is right. Everyone's body chemistry is different. For example, you may have three people try steriods. One gains tremendously with no side effects. One makes no improvements and no side effects. And the third dies from liver failure.
I know one guy who under doctor's supervision used a combination of six different prescription strength steriods. He had blood tests weekly to check for side effects. After one year, he made no more progress than the year previous when he was natural. He body chemistry just didn't react to the increased steriods. So, he went back to be all natural. To date, there is no recorded liver, kidney or other damage.
This is even more true in nutrional suppliments. Remember that suppliments only assist your current diet. They are meant to fill in the holes due to the fact that none of us can eat perfectly to what our bodies need, especially as competitive lifters.
Of course, if you eat only trash, you are wasting your money no matter how good the product is - including ordinary multi-vitamin/mineral suppliments.

That's a good point Bryan. There is really no substitute for a healthy diet and a strong workout program. No supplements are available to take the place of these two things.

Too many people are looking for the "silver bullet" and there isn't one. It is called eating right, getting enough rest, and keeping up the intensity in the gym.

I've actually heard that this is decent from another person who is taking this. I guess its all about what your body responds to.
