I've been using it for about 6 months. To me it is the real deal. I had to make sure it wasn't psychological at first. But I could really tell a difference in my workouts when I didn't take it. It works.

Thanks for the Vince, when I saw the price tag today---I put it back on the shelve. Do you think it really adds up to 10% more strength? Is this stuff on ok to use in drug tested meets?

If you want to know if it will make a 300# bencher do 330, no I don't believe so. I believe the 10% is on the neurophysiological level. 10% more recruitment of muscle fibers, 10% more energy. That kind of thing. I believe it allows you to train harder with more intensity.
Yes. I lift AAPF.

I'm always afraid and usually the last person to try these things. Never heard of it until just now, but I plan to find out more about it.

Hey, guys. I don't doubt that Gakic has worked for some people, but for me I noticed no improvement in strength, energy, or endurance.
Also MuscleTech's "Hydroxycut Hardcore" was a waste of money, as it provided no noticable fat loss.

WGARTH, have you tried anything that has been worth the money? Also, what's been a waste of money (that you have been able to tell)?

As far as Gakic is concerned, I've never seen any product work for everybody. Nutrition is a lot of experimentation. Find what works best for you. But you can never go wrong with the basics...protein, creatine, glutamine, amino acids.

Good advice, I've read about it some and they make strong promises, but then again all the supplement suppliers do. It's difficult to sift through what is real and what isn't but the basics, and hard work almost always work.
