How many of you guys read PL USA? I just renewed my subscription and am enjoying it, although its a little heavy on the nutritional ads. Anybody take any of that muscletech or MHP stuff? other supps?

I get PLUSA. I've used Gakic which I believe did give me a little more energy. Haven't used it for about 3 months.

My first issue of PLUSA had a pic of Wade Hooper on the cover, and I believe the caption was "Wade Hooper: 611 Squat at 148", I think it was in about 1986.....
In "my" experience, good nutrition and lots of rest is the best pair of supplements. For folks that train in the stratosphere of intensity, I could see creatine. Most of the rest of the supplements are barely effective at best. Keep in mind, that's in "my" experience. That being said, I do take protein, MSM, and glucosamine chondroitin.
