Since my school years I have been lifting on and off. I mainly did workouts based what I learned from bodybuilding. Once i got into a routine if i got good results then i would not need to follow other builders in the magazines. as one member told me here there is a lot of advertisements when we really want to know what to do. . So of my exercises depends on a better grip. deadlifts or pull backs are 2 examples. To help me out I have been using Hand grips to increase the strength of my Grip. . it has been a big help in my lifting. for I do not have large hands. . i don't have small hands either. i guess just average size. Well once i took a class in Tae Kwon Do for a couple of months. This teacher had really strong hands. I said to him wow you got strong hands. how do you do that. He told me He has some kind of a Ring that he uses to strengthen his hands. his hands are like rocks. . Does anyone know about This Ring? does anyone know outside of hand Grips other things that can be used to strengthen hands and fingers. . if you have any info or links i would appreciate this very much. Tanks if you can help Trebor

I just got a couple of the "captains of crush" grippers, they are GREAT. Really tough to close. I ordered the trainer and the #1 from elitefts.com. I'm repping the trainer pretty good now, and will be moving over to the #1.
