Hey Mike,
I had a really good meet, thanks for asking Mike. I had two gold medals in the bench press and a silver in the full power. I was pleased because this was my first full meet and it was interesting to squat in a meet...I liked it. There were some really nice people there and it was a great venue for a meet. I look forward to it next year and would recommend it to others.

Also, that deadlift workout you posted on the training forum is great. It is very tough but it has helped me improve over 50 pounds since the national meet in August (something I would have previously believed was not possible). Thanks for posting it!

That's something I definitely need to improve on. The bench is fine, the deadlift is getting better by leaps and bounds but the squat is still something I need to work on. Tom, we need to get you in a full meet sometime...with that 500 bench, you could have an incredible total!
