The first is for a fellow Christian powerlifter. It's not one of our regular posters here, but many of you might know him if I gave his name. Anyway, he's the messenger for the other three requests, and given his personal connection to all three situations, I think he needs prayer as much as the families. He wants strength for the grieving, and the right words to say.
The second is for a family in coastal NC. Over the weekend there was a house fire. Two children died in the fire, one died en route to the hospital, and one has about a 20% chance of survival. The wife has also since died. The dad/husband will likely live, but his physical, emotional, and spiritual needs will be great.
This morning one of my friend's old high-school buddie's daughter was on her way to school and was killed by a drunk driver. At about the same time, another of his friends, who is a deputy or a trooper, responded to a call in which there was injury and a confirmed fatality. Upon arriving at the scene he discovered the fatality was his own 19 year old son. Both these families will need strength for the grief and the comfort of the Lord.
Thanks in advance, and God Bless.

I will definitely lift them up!
That is true worship, when we can call upon His name and praise Him during these trying and sorrowful times!
May God touch and heal the broken hearts. May He give security to those families still here on earth, that He provides strength, salvation and a mansion in the sky!
Glory to His name!
