Hey there at CPOA. I was downstairs doing sit ups on The bench press . after i was done i went to try to stand up. As i places my foot down a weight was on the floor and i stepped on it. I was losing my balance yelling and waving my hands. and miraculously i got back into balance. I thank Jesus either for catching my Fall. or even if it was my own doing i am still thankful to GOD I did not fall. Because especially right now i weigh over 290 plus pounds of body weight at five foot 9 inches. . I am not suppose to weight more than 220 maximum. . Shaq at 7 foot 1 inch tall weighs 325 pounds. i only weigh 30 something pounds less than him now. . ill be fine though . tonight for example i wanted to eat something with less fat. i had no choice . I had to eat hot dogs instead. . if it was up to me we would be eating more chicken and Turkey around here. tonight i am having Turkey Sandwiches. i pack a cooler for the night cause i get hungry at night time.. it is normal for someone who works out a lot to eat 3 at 4 times a day rather than 3. cause it take a lot of Carbs and protein to keep going.
