Jeremy Pollard is a student pastor at a Baptist church here in NC. Last Monday he and his family were hit head on while they was on thier way to revival. Best I can tell he's still in ICU, but his pregnant wife and 16-month old son are recovering. They still need more surgeries, but are in much better shape than Mr. Pollard. Please add this family to your prayers.
Thanks, and God Bless.

Thanks, Tom. Got an email update. Here's the copy/paste. "Dear family and friends, Stephen is going into surgery this morning at 10:15. It was delayed because of a consultation with another surgeon. It is scheduled for a minimum of 5 hours and they expect it to take longer. We will update you as soon as information is available. Please be in prayer today for the surgeons and for little Stephen. Jeremy had a good night last night. He is continuing to make improvements. He is beginning to open his eyes more frequently and has a little movement in his right arm. He still cannot communicate and needs our prayers for protection from infection. Also pray that his lungs will continue to heal. Tiffany was able to see Jeremy and Stephen this morning. Continue to pray for wisdom and emotional strength as she makes decisions for her family. Several of you have asked how you can help the Pollard family. An assistance fund has been established. You can make your tax-deductible donations to Union Grove Baptist Church at the address listed on the right side of this update. Please designate your gift for the Pollard Assistance Fund. At the bottom of this update is a list of states and foreign countries where we know people are praying. If your state or country is not listed, please send an email to pollardupdate@bellsouth.net with the name of your state or country. We know that people are praying all over the world, and we want to encourage the family by telling them where. God Bless.

Latest update: "Dear family and friends, Jeremy is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and Wednesday. He will require two separate surgeries to repair his broken arm and the heels of his feet. Doctors have not said yet what will be done on which day; however, they have made the determination that they cannot avoid placing him back on a ventilator for the surgeries. Please pray that these surgeries are successful and that he quickly recovers. Tiffany will be going to the hospital this afternoon to visit Jeremy and Stephen and speak with the doctors about Jeremy’s upcoming surgeries. Stephen continues to get better. He was taken off of the ventilator yesterday afternoon. They will evaluate him 24 hours after he was taken off of the ventilator to decide whether or not he can be moved into a different room. He is restless. The nurses have tried to hold him to calm him, but it doesn’t seem to settle him very much. Hopefully when Tiffany visits today, he will be comforted.
