Please pray for a good friend of mine. Paul Demarhis ( I hope I spelled that right) is a fellow powerlifter and super nice person. Has father is very low right now...he has cancer and other problems. Right now they are so concerned with getting him stable that they aren't even concerned with the cancer. Paul and his dad are very close, so he is extremely upset...he's handling it well but I know it's tough. Please pray that the Lord's will be done and that regardless of the outcome, Paul's family will be comforted and draw closer to God for strength to get through this. I know his family will greatly appreciate your prayers!
God Bless, William Brothers

Thanks you so much. I talked to Paul yesterday and he is holding up well. There is still no change (better or worse). I'll keep everyone posted and again thanks for your prayers.
God Bless, William

Praise the Lord!!! I talked to Paul and he said is dad is showing some slight signs of improvement. He is still far from being out of the woods, but it's hope and that's something! Please keep praying and thank you. May the Lord bless and keep you, William Brothers

Please continue to pray. The last time I talked, there were even more small signs of improvement, but it is still a time where it is very much in the Lord's hands and it will take a special healing from the Lord to help him. God is capable of miracles and I continue to pray that a miracle will be done if that is his will. Thanks for all your prayers and I will continue to pray for all of you who are interceeding with prayer in this situation. May the Lord bless and keep you! William

Not good news, it's sounding bleak at this point, but they are getting ready as a family, so I suppose the prayer should shift more from praying for healing (although please continue to pray for this) but for comfort for the family. God can turn a bad situation into a wonderful situation and I hope he chooses to do so in this case. God Bless

Done. I really like Paul. He is a great guy and I hate to see him go through it.

I want to thank all of you that have been praying for Paul's dad...however I must inform you however that his dad went to be with the Lord late on Friday of this week. Please remember their family as they go through this tough time. Paul was actually at the gym this afternoon and he is holding up well but his mom is very sad, although she has accepted that it was the right thing. Again thanks for your prayers.
