That's a pretty cool idea - I haven't used the bands in that way for squatting before. I guess it helps you explode up better.

Also, that is a much better angle for us to chech your depth when watching the squats.
I'm glad I'm not in the 148 class - you are one heck of a squatter!

I got a tripod at Walmart, so it does work out much better. This Friday should be my last squat session in gear. So I should be able to get better angles now.
Ever since I got into P/L, the squat has always been my best lift. Thanks.

I hit 315 BP last week which is a major PR. Don't know about DL as I don't go heavy much in my training. I'll do a heavy pull next week to get an opener.
