Good job Vince, you had some great speed with those squats. Awesome work - a lot of weight too.

The only criticism I have is that they looked a little high, but I was getting a front view so I couldn't accurately gauge your depth. There again, just picking that much weight up is an accomplishment.

Thanks. Yeah, the camera angle is high. It was sitting on a RH with a downward angle. The guy spotting me from behind said the last one was at parralel. Next time, I'll put the camera lower.

Do you have a chair or box that is at the same level as parallel? You can then set the camera on it for a side angle.

I figured that was it because you were moving the weight very well. How much are you aiming for?

The all time record for my weight/age is 680 by Doug Heath. I won't get there this meet, but, Lord willing, should hit enough in the 6's to get 2nd all time. I'll do some band squats this week, then next week I'm going to change a couple of things with my stance to see if it helps. We'll see what happens. I still have until December when I turn 50 to shoot for all time record.
