Sunday attempt at 330 on the Bench press came up short. 290 felt good.I'm going to cycle back to 8x3-225.I think I'll also incorporate some plyometric push-up's,hopefully I won't break my nose! Ha! GOD bless all

Well I'm taking a week off from lifting.I think I was not getting enough rest or maybe my diet is less than perfect. My bench stagnated and then fell under 300. I've tweaked my routine to an alternate "A,B rest C,D" it rotates grips on the bench press, rotates squat on a box with dead lift's and other good stuff that I was neglecting. My back is stronger now,not so much pain, thanks for the tips! I start monday this coming! I can't wait!! GOD bless
