bench 11-27-07 body wgt 227 fully clothed
warmups: 135 x 15 / 225 x 8 / 330 x 2 / 275 x 3 Stretches for rotator
Bench work sets: 405 x 3 420 x 2 (2 sec. pauses on each)
Lockouts: 470 x 5 500 x 5 530 x 5 *need to go heavier. I havent done these in a long time. It took a lot of time just setting up the power rack right.
