bench press 1x135x8 1x185x4 1x 225x2 1x260x2 1x275x2 1x290xmissed (this is 90%) I will start over at 8x225x3- 6 wk cycle close grip bench press 2x205x6 1x215x6 1 arm db overhead ext 2x35x12 rev.grip pulldown to sternum 2x230x6 bent over rows 1x185x8 e-z curl 2x100x8 db curl 2x35x10 conc.curl db 1x25x10 side/rear lateral raises 2x15x12 each
43 y/o 6'2" 240 (ish) any help? greatly appreciated! GOD bless

Help? HELP? Gonzo, from the looks of test day, you're already doing SOMETHING right! Admittedly, I haven't followed the logs here as closely as I have at 100% RAW, but comparing your "miss" to what you were doing when you first started posting, that was what, around 225-230 back then? Either way that has been some serious improvement! The 3-rep sets dropping back to the 60% range and linear progression, that's a scheme that MANY top lifters have used over the years. That and some modification of it, that is. Using that lifting template, the KILLER close grip percentages you're using, that ought to get the 290 back going. GOD bless!

Thanks guy's! My "best" lift for Bench "was" 325.No help, no shirt. I'm trying to concentrate on getting my back up to par and my shoulder work as well,needs work-145x6-8 seated press.Thanks again for the positive words! GOD bless with him all thing's are possible! I think I'm gonna have that BLOWN UP and put in my gym!

I'm 6'2" wt 235lbs. I don't "compete" just do it to keep healthy.I think I would need to be alot stronger for my wt class. My best deadlift was 405lbs best squat 350lbs.Since adding Christ to the mix I have gotten more out of it.Plus looking at life differently too. GOD bless
