Thats pretty good raw squatting, I'd love to get back up to 400bs next year.
At last, some else who does calves!

I never used to do legs or calves and my forearms got bigger than my calves which made my training partner tease me a little.
I do them heavy and i have to say that I enjoy it.
we are powerlifters so we do them heavy though right?
