Bench warmups: 135 x 15 225 x 8 330 x 1 375 x 3
Raw bench work sets: 405 x 3 410 x 3 2 (second competition pauses) 425 x 1 (2 sec pause) Real easy! 440 x 0 I was going to pause this one but I got excited and realized that I forgot to tuck my elbows and it screwed me up. I was good for 450 last night. If nothing else It was a confidence builder.
