Managed to set some new gym PRs. Curls: 150# BP: 315# DL: 425#
Each of my gym PR's are usually less than competition PR's [curls 5-10#, BP 10-15#, and DL 25-50#].
Didn't know if there is gym at Camp Atterbury, so decided to do this before leaving.
BTW, have been sick most of the week also.

PR's are always good, keeps us moving forwards, even at my age (!) i still set them.
Never been on a military base yet without a gym, mind you in Cambodia (not in the 70's i'm not that old!) we had scaffolding bars with lumps of concrete on the end! ;D
