warmups: 135 x 15 225 x 8 300 x 1 330 x 5 375 x 4
*Work sets*: 405 x 3....almost did 4 but held up out of fear of failure. one minute rest and 405 x 1(felt pretty easy) 455 x 2 off two boards to full lockout 370 x 5 paused
seated rows: 135 x 12 185 x 12 225 x 10 full stack x 10
ab crunches: 40 at different angles
