leg press: worked my way up to 1,000 lbs and did some reps (6 or 7 sets)
seated calves: 4 45 lb plates x 20 5 plates x 20 6 plates x 20
leg extensions: 150 x 20 210 x 15 210 x 15
seated rows: (dont remember the weight) 3 sets x 12
