flat bench 330 x 10 (easy could have done 5 more) 375 x 4 (felt kind of heavy) 405 x 1 (easy touch n go) held up due to a meet in about a week 365 x 4 (paused)
skipped doing tricep work tonight.
seated rows 185 x 12 225 x 10 full stack x 10
Kind of just stagnating lately. I have to just be patient and let things happen for me.
