flat raw bench: 330 x 10 365 x 4 395 x 2 paused 2 seconds each 365 x 4 paused 330 x 8 330 x mid range grip x 5 slow and controlled (not quite paused)
I have been working out on the bench weekly at a friends house. It will be very productive for him and I both. He and I are close on the bench so we push each other. Much quicker than the gym and easier.
He has a screened in porch with a weight area. It is a little hot out there but I think it is actually good for the muscles to be warm. Kind of nice....birds chirping, looking out over his pool area.
