Had a great night tonight.
I did 70% of my max for 10 reps 75% for 8, 80% for 6, 85% for 4 and 90% for 2. With rounding that was 225, 245, 260, 275, and 295 respectively.
I focused on controlled movement. 2 seconds going down, a one second pause and 2 seconds going up.
After that I did the same workout on the incline bench, then did some cable flys and triceps push-downs.
I was working with Sam Warren. He helped keep me motivated.
