Bench- Warmups: 135 x 10 / 225 x 8 / 315 x 1
work sets: 330 x 10 385 x 3 400 x 2 410 x 1 (felt light and easy ) 440 off 3 board x 5(felt pretty good but tired me out) 370 x 5
seated rows: 185 x 12 / 225 x 10 / full stack x 10
no tricep work today.....very tired!

Hey great Job big guy .Keep up the hard work .I know how it feels lifting when your not at your best but you just got to make the best out of it .I have a real bad sinus infection (again) So lifting was sorta hard today but Im gald I went . Very strong brd work .Rest up brother .Jason
