I'm training for the May 26 IBP meet and the South Carolina Bodybuilding Championships the week after that. Trying to balance power and definition at the same time...it's not an easy task. Last meet, I missed 315 after I had done it two time the following week...I am determined to get it this time. As for bodybuilding, my mass workouts haven;t changed but I have been adding some cardio along with a great deal of ab training. Today is leg day; it will be brutal. Probably some paused squats working up to 315 - 5-6 sets, Leg extentions to failure - 5 sets Inside, Outside and traditional stance calf raises, Stiff-legged deadlift. Leg curls, lunges.

my workout partner is into the body building thing. On Thursday night we decided to work out his way instead of mine. He tells me this after I flip my tire (750lbs) about 10 times. He wants to do an arm and shoulder workout. Thanks for telling me before the tire right! This man kills me and we never even got a 45 put on each side of the bar! I say this to say that Ive gotta hand it to ya brother!

William: 315 at your body weight is a respectable raw bench. No fear. You have it in you you just need to unleash it at a meet.
