kind of in a rut lately.
bench: warmups- 135 x 15 / 225 x 8 / 300 x 1 work sets- 330 x 10 (quick) 375 x 3 (slow and controlled) 405 x 1 (slow and controlled) 360 x 5 (pauses)
seated rows- 185 x 12 / 225 x 10 / full rack (260?) x 8
close grips- 365 x 3 385 (mid grip) x 2
