Raw squats:
warm ups: 135 x 10 / 225 x 5
work sets: ( allo slow and low) 315 x 5 / 340 x 5 / 385 x 5 / 405 x 5
calves machine: 4 45 lb plates x 20 / 5 plates x 20 / 6 plates x 20
talked too much to my friend the trainer and skipped leg extensions.
Went home and got a hot meal and a hot bath.
