LionOx- 3 x8 Bench 135-8 160-5 190-9 x 3 close, medium, and wide grip. LockOuts 315- 3 x 5 off 4 boards incline db 60's- 3 x 8 Skul crushers 100- 3 x 8 tricep press downs 150- 3 x8 revers grip pressdowns 120- 3 x 8 Military press 135- 3 x 8 db shrugs 80's - 3 x 8
Also have had some pr's on me days. A 370 bench off 1 board, and a 505 squat. Its his glory and will that i am able to this. And stay injury free. praise god.
