I havent been posting workouts because I have been sick with a virus or something for 2 months and it has been sapping my strength. If I take a deep breath I cough. Very irritating for benching.
I had a friend ask me why I havent posted any so even if it is a little less than I had wanted here it goes.
Raw Bench: warmups- 135 x 15 / 225 x 8 / 300 x 1 work sets- 330 x 9 / 375 x 3 / 405 x 1 / 350 x 5 paused. Close grips- 350 x 5 / 350 x 3 seated row machine- 185 x 15 / 225 x 10 / 260 (full stack) x 9
