raw bench work: warmups 135 x 10 225 x 8 300 x 1 work sets:(raw) 330 x 10......easy 370 x 4.......easy 385 x 2.....felt good surprisingly 400 x 2 .....I almost did three but the weight went up so easy that I thought that the side spotters helped me.......they didnt!!! Then I did some accessory work. One of these days I will put my katana on. for now just raw though. members5.boardhost.com/realpower/msg/1165929960.html**I saw a post on another forum probably referring to me. It was poking fun at my religious beliefs or claiming that we are hiding behind our religion to use drugs. It said "Praise the Lord and pass the syringe". I did NOT find it humerous. I work three jobs with a drug testing policy at EACH of them. I have been tested multiple times at work (yes steroids is one of the things tested as well as narcotics etc.) and at powerlifting meets. I am not that strong so I dont understand that accusation. I have made progress but it is all natural. I will take a drug test any time with any federation that is willing to waist their money. NASA, IBP, USAPL,100% RAW,AAU, etc. I would even allow a hair sample or blood test if that was wanted. My body is a temple and I will not taint it with drugs and take the short path to success for a plastic trophy. Praise the Lord (I mean that) and pass the testing cup. "DRUG FREE BABY"

Tom, don't sweat that kind of stuff. We Christians have and will be persecuted till the day the first sighting in the eastern sky. Some folks are always wanting to make themselves look better and hide behind a phony name. Remember where it is coming from.
God speed, Mike
