I just got my first COC #1. Does anyone have any good advice as to how to train with it effectively? Any help would be appreciated. God Bless.

Hey, Arsenal. What's a COC? If I've ever heard this one, I've forgotten.
God Bless.

A good friend of mine has the complete set of these. I will get with him on it, but, Ibelieve you time hold as reps.

Im on to the #4 with these.Ive shut the #3.I would train them twice per week, say wed and Sat.Do singles.Reps seem to wear the hands out.I got the full set when i started.Say you want to close the #2.Do 3 singlkes with the trainer,3 singles with the #1 and then 3 singles as far as possible with the #2.Hold all singles ofr a count of 5 secs. Then on one of your workout days,do a negative with the #3.Close it with two hands and hold for 5 secs then resist it as you open it.The key with the COC is consistancy and patience. You will get there but it takes time.As for the #4 its an animal and will take time to shut it (i will shut it though).Hope this helps.

Thanks for the explanation, Arsenal.
Bill, thanks for the description. You ought to be able to crack walnuts with a grip like that!
God Bless.
