I always have the same goals: make weight and make my openers. BWT: 178.5 Squat: 462 or 463, it's a kilo conversion thing..... Missed 473 Bench: 303, missed 314 Deadlift: 478 or 483 or something like that. Pulled a muscle on my second deadlift, called it a day. Total: 1255 181 pound class: 3rd overall, 1st submasters.
Got a chance to plant and water a bit. I thank God for safe travel, safe lifting, and a great event!
