Awesome! That Michael Belk is something else! His push pull total is close to my full power total! I've personally seen him bench 570 (575?) raw so I know he's capable of even more!
Tom, thanks for providing the meet results.
God Bless. Doug

Tom, This meet was excellent! The Iron Boys always are well ran. The number of new lifters and culminations of usapl, aau, nasa, and 100% raw lifters all participating in a drug tested meet was just awesome! I believe they tested 3 lifters. I suspect next year they will have over 100 lifters. A few years back, the I.B. had about 130 lifters. The first ever Iron Boy in N.C. was the original January/Febuary meet. Since then, they are popping up all over in N.C. and VA. in January/Feb. I counted 5 meets going on in N.C. within a month and 1 world meet in Va. Lifters will have the opportunity to lift anywhere and everywhere, sort of like Burger King. Your way, right away...LOL God Bless, Mike

I am very glad that things went well and the lifters had a good turnout. I am recently either kicked out of nasa or I will be taking myself out of the org. due to things that the owner has said.
I think that the Iron Boy powerlifting org. will be my main org that I lift with from now on. I will do some other stuff...usapl,100% raw, aau, wnpf are some of them.
I cant be a nsp member and nasa lifter. NSP supported me and had a postitve outlook on things and nasa....well didnt.
Take care,

Don't really understand that one Tom. I thought NSP was supporting all drug free organizations? In fact, they had pictures from NASA meets and had links to their site. Oh well, God Bless, Mike

Tom, I'm sorry to hear that! I've never lifted with NASA, but held them in high regard due to their testing and family-friendly environments.
God Bless you, bro. Doug
