Stick this lot into a blender
1 ripe banana 1 scoop vanilla icecream (leave this out if using insulin) 1 handful of frozen dark berries (blackcurrents etc) 1 tablespoon of honey 1 whole egg + 3 whites 2-4 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt 250ml fruit juice of your choice 1 scoop whey powder 10g creatine
